- Launch the Kyivstar TV application on your TV.
- Press “Log in” on your TV and select “Using QR code”
- Open the website or application, go to your main profile and click “Connect TV device”
- Enter the six-digit code or scan the QR code from your phone.

To add channels, connect an antenna or cable, then go to your TV’s Settings menu and select Channel Setup or Broadcasting to perform an Auto Program/Scan. If you have a smart TV with the Live Channels app, you might also need to add the “TV Tuner” as a source within the Live Channels app itself to find broadcast channels. For Broadcast Channels (Antenna or Cable)
- Connect your Antenna or Cable: Attach a coax cable from your antenna or cable box to the “ANT IN” or “Coaxial In” port on the back of your TV.
- Change TV Source: Use your remote to select the “TV” source on your television.
- Access Settings: Go to your TV’s Settings menu (often found by pressing the Home or Menu button on your remote).
- Find Channel Setup: Navigate to the Broadcasting, Channel Setup, or Channels menu.
- Run Auto Program: Select Auto Program, Auto Tuning, or Channel Scan to start the scan for available channels.
- Select Source: Choose your source, which will be “Air” (for antenna), “Cable,” or “Both”.
- Complete the Scan: Your TV will scan for channels and create a new list for you.
For Android TV/Google TV (with Live Channels App)
- Open Live Channels: From the Home screen, find and select the Live Channels app.
- Select Channel Setup: Press the Select button, then choose “Channel setup” under “TV Options”.
- Add a Source: Choose “Add Channels” or a similar option to add a source, such as the TV Tuner for broadcast channels.
- Customize Your Guide: Select the channels you want to show in your program guide.
Tips for Better Reception
- Reposition Your Antenna: Try elevating your antenna or changing its direction to get a better signal.
- Check Cable Connections: Ensure all coaxial cables are securely connected to your TV and source.
